details:i haven't had it for long, i just bought it some months ago because i was looking for one and finally found the right one recently. it is all original, i just gave it an engine overhaul and a clean up. also changed the piston to a 65cc conversion. on it next year i will do a tour of greece together with my mates and colleagues (i am dean's business partner in the rimini lambretta centre and he also owns a very nice lui 50c with some very rare accessories) all on lui 50s. for more info on paolo's lui, see: www.racinglambrettas.com/mielambretta/lui50

details:brought 12 years ago painted in candy red, called 'my little girl' i think. painted 'ford paris blue' now though, chrome bits & bobs, starstrem internals, kawasaki kh400 piston conversion to 112cc. i ran it for a few years then popped the piston (running a kegra pipe & dodgy 2-stoke oil - oops). at the same time i finished building a 1971 ts1 gp200 & so used this through the 90's. finally getting round to putting the vega back on the road, but the fuel tank is gummed up (any ideas on how to clear it out?!) also I need a new/working petrol tap. (& a back rack would be cool)

details:vega 75s, currently in work in progress. it has been left absolutely original and untouched for around 25 years, original yellow ochre it has a tuned 125 top end and newly wired electrics courtesy of that top bloke jem b. i have 2 carbs for it an orginal royspeed vega manifold with a 26mm amal mk1 only the choke\'s gone. I am now reverting to an orginal 20mm carb with a modfiied series 2 washable filter which works a treat. It has a quick release doherty on the throttle which is a bit instant when you close off. the modified snetty is also a one of which must have been done during that period.

details:the purple pitstop (vega 75s) - awaiting the winter re-build. i bought my scoot on e-bay as a non-runner. it seems to have most of its original parts. originally yellow ochre, it was then painted a very 80's-looking bronze (anyone seen any photos of a bronze vega??) & was finally purple when I bought it. it was collected from oxfordshire, where it must have been sitting unused for some time, as the petrol tank & carburettor were sludged up. it now goes about 50mph, & the gear & clutch cables have been replaced with teflon-lined mountain bike ones - really smooth!
